How this is calculated
Linear feet: your roof's perimeter (2 × (length + width)) + any extra seam feet you enter + an allowance for sealant around each penetration (vents, AC units, skylights).
Waste allowance: a 10% buffer is added on top of the raw linear feet, since real-world application rarely uses material with zero waste.
Tubes needed: total linear feet with waste, divided by how far one tube of your selected size covers, rounded up to a whole tube.
